What can be coated with Hydrographics?
The short answer is Hydrographics can basically be applied to any three dimensional object. If it can be painted, it can be "dipped."
How long does it take to get my product back?
Please expect that your item will take approximately 3-4 weeks to be finished and returned to you. There are many variables to the specific time frame: busy season, product in stock, etc.
How durable are the coatings?
Cerakote™ is a ceramic coating that enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness.
Cerakote™ has been proven to out-perform any competitive gun coating in both laboratory settings and real world applications.
Cerakote™ Micro-Slick provides a low-friction finish for internal moving parts of machines and firearms.
Hydrographics uses the same technology as a luxury car finish. This customization is made to withstand years of abuse and will outlast typical factory finishing, ie. bluing, lacquer, etc.
What is the difference between Hydrographics and Cerakote™?
Hydrographics allow you to customize your item in a variety of different available prints. Custom prints can be designed at an additional cost through our print vendors.
Cerakote™ is available in many different colors but does not have a printed pattern though a print can be achieved through the stenciling process if that is the desired customization you are looking for.
